Hey there!

I’m Cindy Wald and I’ve been a personal trainer for 15 years.

Although my fitness journey started when I was in my 20’s, its been anything but easy. Of all things, I became interested in running — full marathons, half marathons and plenty of 5k and 10k races as well! Running was my life!

Through running, training and racing I was battling bulimia and anorexia and an addiction to exercise — something I had been doing since the 8th grade.

As I was flipping through an oxygen magazine of my sisters, I was instantly intrigued by the fitness models — all the muscles, but still feminine looking — I was hooked!

I was instantly fascinated at how I could transform by body through lifting and I began to learn everything I could

Eventually, I made the decision to pursue my personal training certification and that’s when I really started to understand the importance of nutrition and how food can be used as a tool to fuel your body and become the best version of myself.
